Deterministic harmony formula
Input: number of gentle routines you finished during a window. Calculation: (completed ÷ planned) × 100 = harmony percentage. If planned is zero, skip math and plan smaller next week. Output: plain-language consistency tag you choose to align with the percentage bands below.
